Are Saspan Salt products made to order?

Yes. Products are printed or produced for your order rather than held as finished inventory.

How long does an order take?

Production typically takes 3–7 business days. After production, shipping within the United States is typically another 3–8 business days. International orders may take longer.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted?

Email admin@saspansalt.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our refund policy.

What if my package is lost?

Lost-in-transit packages are covered. Contact us with your order information so we can help.

Can I return an item because I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?

Because items are made to order, we do not generally accept returns for wrong size or change of mind. Please review the product information and Sizing & Fit page before ordering.

How should I choose a size?

Fit varies by garment. Use the size chart on the individual product page whenever one is provided, and see our Sizing & Fit page for garment-specific guidance.

Where do the designs come from?

Saspan Salt combines restored vintage advertising and historical ephemera with original local-history and local-humor designs, especially from coastal North Carolina.
